Ophir Pass is in the San Juan Mountains of Colorado, near Silverton.
I think the steps going down into Telluride on Black Bear pass road take the "Oh Shit!" trophy though. I've only seen pictures of it so far and I'm white-knuckling it from my seat here just thinking about it.
